Spencer Ryan, owner of One Hot Baker, was introduced to baking at an early age by her mother and she ran with it. After years of baking for family and friends she spent two years as the pastry chef at The Fork in the Road in Sedona, AZ. Now she has started her own business to bring her home baked goodies to a larger audience. One Hot Baker's products are prepared in a private home. One Hot Baker is on a mission to make gluten free sweet treats that are both fun and delicious! While not all of her products are gluten free, Spencer knows that finding enjoyable gluten free food can be a challenge and strives to make it easier for those with gluten sensitivity. One Hot Baker uses dedicated gluten free equipment, but is not a gluten free kitchen and is not certified gluten free. These products are not recommended for those with Celiac's disease.
